These terms and conditions apply to the h baji platform and all its associated services. This document serves as a binding agreement between h baji and all registered members.

By visiting this website, creating an account, or using any game or betting service, the user is considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any term, you must refrain from using the platform.

To open an account on h baji, each applicant must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Operating more than one account under the same person's name is prohibited. If detected, all related accounts will be permanently closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of account verification, h baji may request a national identity card, passport, or other official documents at any time. If verification is not completed within the specified period, transactions on the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Keeping Contact Information Up to Date

The mobile number and email address provided during registration must be kept current at all times. This information is used for OTP verification and important notifications. h baji will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

All services on the h baji platform are only for individuals aged 21 or above. It is h baji's firm policy to prevent minors from participating in any gaming or betting activity.

If a member is found to be a minor, that account will be closed immediately, all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited, and any amounts already withdrawn may also be reclaimed.

5.1 Deposit Rules

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and before withdrawing this bonus you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotions page.
• Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are not equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.
• h baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts within the same household, the same IP address, or the same device are not permitted.

6.2 Wagering Calculation

All betting activity on h baji is conducted according to established rules. A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it was recorded incorrectly due to a technical error.

7.1 Cricket Betting

For betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket tournaments, bets will be settled only after the official result of the match is announced. If a match is abandoned, the bet will be considered void and the original stake will be returned.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a bet is left incomplete due to internet disconnection or a device problem, h baji will make a decision based on its own records. The bet confirmed by the server will be considered final.

7.3 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet has been confirmed, the bet will be settled at the odds at the time of confirmation. However, if incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error, h baji reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds.

Participation in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Participating in fraud, manipulation, or match fixing.
• Abusing the bonus system to gain unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Opening an account with a false identity or forged documents.

h baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. This applies in particular when there is suspicion of a terms violation or when a security investigation is required.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

9.2 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, h baji may apply its inactivity policy subject to prior notice. Members will be informed in advance through their registered contact details about any such change.

• Unauthorised access to an account due to the member's own negligence or a third party.
